At MidSouth Bank, our approach involves more than just opening accounts and handling transactions. At MidSouth Bank, our roots have long been established in independent, community banking. Founded in January 1912, during an era when many community leaders across the nation formed banks to meet the needs of neighborhood families and business owners, we opened our doors with just $18,000 in assets. From the start, we embraced a helpful brand of banking from which we have never wavered: responsive service focused on valued relationships with our customers.
